It’s amazing what the simple act of folding can do. For paper, consider origami. For metal, it’s corrugation. Corrugation, the regular folding back and forth of a flat surface, takes ordinary, mild-mannered sterling silver or gold-filled sheet and adds strength, beauty, depth, texture. I combine corrugated metal with traditional techniques and materials to create striking original designs combining a modern flare with classical style.

Techtures jewelry has been placed in Hearts Afire gallery in New Hope, PA, and in Arielle’s Gallery in Bergen County, NJ. I’ve created jewelry for over ten years, beginning with a brief apprenticeship in Baltimore, MD. The Techtures line has been under development since 2003 and is still expanding.
